Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist. Same-day appointments are limited but may be available—call us to check!

What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Will you take photos of me during my visit?
We occasionally take photos for social media to showcase our work. We always ask for your verbal permission first and respect your wishes if you'd prefer not to be photographed.

How should I prepare for my color appointment?
Come with clean, dry hair (unless otherwise directed) and bring photos for inspiration. Your stylist will do a full consultation to customize your look.

What if I’m running late?
Please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to honor our next guest’s time.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to unwind, enjoy a refreshment, and begin your experience in a calm and relaxed state.
